Hi, I’m Rachna, a Business Support Assistant, Corporate Wellness Consultant & Lifestyle Medicine Coach (EN/FR).

I come from a background in premium service environments (fashion, luxury, high-end wellness studios, hospitality and operations). My own health struggles and transformation during the pandemic opened the door to holistic and preventive healthcare. I then became certified as a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN NYC) because it felt like a calling. Today, I strive to create meaningful experiences where people feel heard, valued, cared for and supported—whether through executive support or corporate wellness.

I practice Lifestyle Medicine: a holistic and preventive approach that treats lifestyle choices as the foundation of health. Well-being isn’t only about food or fitness, but also about relationships, creativity, social life, sleep, home environment, career, and the places we live and work in.

I help companies build healthier, more resilient and high-performing teams by improving lifestyle habits, workplace culture and stress management, while enhancing employee engagement and well-being.

My background in luxury taught me high-level service, attention to detail, empathy and the ability to create meaningful experiences. My health coaching training added science-based Lifestyle Medicine, behavior support and sustainable habit change.

Together, this enables me to design corporate wellness programs that are both human-centered and operationally strong.
