    I operate in a truly global setup, working daily with cross-functional teams based in Europe, the US, and Malaysia. This involves continuous coordination across time zones and disciplines, in close partnership with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.

    • Redesign of the Case Management journey from a fragmented support model to a unified, transparent service.

    Case Management

    • Reframed the end-to-end complaints/disputes flow to reduce Time-to-Resolve and improve operational efficiency.
    • Ran deep-dive interviews with banking operations teams to identify key friction points in the existing process.
    • Facilitated multidisciplinary workshops with Product Owners, Legal and Technical Architects to ensure business viability + technical feasibility in the SWIFT network context.
    • Delivered an MVP through iterative prototyping: high-fidelity prototypes for a new dashboard + tracking system prior to implementation. 
    • Orchestrated design work across multiple countries and time zones, maintaining momentum and alignment in a remote environment.
