contract, KPI’s implementation and strategy (3 setup progressed for new logos

in our international B2B hubs – 50 agents recruited in Athens, Rabat and

Salvador and > 2 million euros generated)

• Driving results with operational teams (implementing a ramp up plan and

increasing by 30 % the team from 38 to 50 agents)

• Follow up, consulting and customer support mission

The Club V.I.E, founded in 2006 by BUSINESS FRANCE at the initiative of Christine Lagarde, is a club aimed at bringing together the community of former international volunteers. This professional social network allows its members to both share significant moments and drive their career development.

As the president of the association in Spain, I am responsible for animating the network in Barcelona (260 members):

organizing welcome cocktails/dinners

organizing sports events (volleyball tournaments, petanque...)

organizing after-work networking opportunities/career events
