Hello! 👋

I am a User Researcher - and bartender on the side. Understanding the user’s behavior with a system - hardware, software, environment - as well as prioritizing and implementing solutions accordingly is my strength. I work in cross-functional teams, mainly with Product Designers, Product Managers and Data engineers.

- A product idea you need to explore? I help you understanding your users' behaviours, needs and pains to craft a consumer-centric product, meeting your business and tech constraints.

- A design concept you need to validate? In-person, on-site or remote, I choose the right method to conduct the test and deliver actionable recommendations for the next product development steps.

- Have launched a product and need to understand its performance? I help discovering how users interacted with your product, what needs are fulfilled and unmet, and how to move forward towards a product that your users will use.

- Already have research insights you need to activate? I assess the state of the insights and help your team with a co-creation/design thinking workshop to come up with ideas for next product development steps.

- Have a team of Product Designers and/or Managers who needs support with research? I consult your team and help them in all steps of the research - defining the right methods, writing test or interview protocols, conducting the research and analysing the data.

✨ What can you expect from my work?

- Communication and involvement: I involve you and relevant stakeholders at each step of the project to the level you want. Bringing you closer to users and making user research more available are two of my goals!

- Actionable recommendations: I will always deliver recommendations for product development and further research. I believe these last steps of insights sharing and communication are what best support you and the business in taking products to the next level of user-centricity!
