I’m a Senior Lead in Experience Strategy with 10+ years of experience, driven by a deep passion for design methods and an empathetic, design-thinking approach to problem-solving.
As a User & Customer Experience expert, I’ve always operated with the mindset of a design thinker, solution maker, and experience builder. Today, design is at least 75% strategy—clear evidence of how rapidly the discipline is evolving. Being multidisciplinary is no longer optional; it’s essential. I prioritize collaboration and intentionally surround myself with complementary talents to collectively deliver meaningful solutions.
After graduating from the College of Art & Design (C.A.D.) in Graphic & Web Design in 2010, I spent over a decade in agencies and consulting firms. I became Managing Partner at Digitas Benelux (Publicis Groupe), where I served as Experience Director (Strategy, Research & Design) and board member until the end of 2019.
Since then, I’ve co-founded several ventures at the intersection of design, real estate, and community-building. With Evenisto, we activate vacant spaces through temporary mixed-use projects for landlords and brands. With CO-HO (COmmunity & HOspitality), we enhance real estate through modular construction prioritizing circular design... from outdoor collective hubs to mixed-use indoor spaces and prefabricated open air village concepts.
I’m also a co-founder of Smart Ventures, an investment fund backing early-stage solutions alongside a collective of active investors and a syndicate lead focused on Proptech.
In parallel, I teach CX Masterclasses, mentor entrepreneurs, and contribute to programs focused on innovation, circularity, and new economic models.
And above all, I’m a proud dad of two.
