► Led 5+ initiatives (new reporting, filtering and search, new core objects, notifications..) to increase x2.5 user engagement

► Joined as the 1st PM, staffed and organized the product team (4 PM, 2 UX) by hiring new team members, spinning off new squad teams and coaching the most junior team members

► Put in place product tools & processes (centralize & organize user feedback, release process, product analytics..)

TrustInSoft is a cybersecurity deeptech that leverages formal methods to develop powerful code analysis software solutions.

► Built from scratch our first SaaS product: an advanced source code analyzer that empowers the developer community to develop secure open-source software

► Hired and managed a cross-functional team of 5-8 members (developers, software security analysts, data analyst)

► Conducted extensive market & user research

► Iterated quickly from the first user tests until product-market fit with a strong focus on the developer experience
