Manage end to end customers delivery from SOW to final Golive ( 70+ projects across EMEA) Deliver all tasks and deliverables (hands-on training, workshops, Technical guidance, configuration, project management) Engage with new and existing customers (training, launch and optimization packages) for the EMEA region. Owner of the staffing, the P&L, forecast, work in a high matrix organization on (datamigration, API integrations, Custom Apps, analytics …) Work in a fast-paced environment, running 9-11 projects in parallel, involving hybrid teams: internals (trainers, consultants, architects) and multiples Partners (developers, architects, consultants, Tech partners)
