For 8 month - For a major French player in the field of circular economy in charge of e-waste collection and recycling : I was in charge to identify key levers to strengthen the relationships with their partners and push recommendations to improve their CRM capabilities to handle their day to day partners journey and improve experience (40+ interviews (internal and partners), Preparation & execution of an ideation workshop involving 15+ people that led to 20 concepts prioritized)

For 2 years - large international utilities firm, I was in charge of leading a digital customer transformation program for the B2B segment. Our mission was to identify opportunities to improve the "as is" journeys and capture new market position leveraging new business and digital trends. Working with a wide range of expertise (Design agency Ford, marketing, client, IT, communication, finance, legal) to analyse the customer journeys, doing market insight research, conducting creativity workshops to ideate together, to develop the due business cases orienting the decisions. The final outcome was to work for deploying 2 new offers towards their clients which has been achieved in 2018 with a great success.


For 6 months - Innovation lead within our management consulting team for the French utilities market : I was in charge to foster innovation thinking and promote innovation methods among our teams. The objective was to provide our clients with alternative and innovative approach to solde either persisting business issues or to ideate about digital transformation opportunities. We have been able to shape more than 10 workshops across our BU, to demonstrate our ability to shift from a standard approach to a new one putting the client or the employee in the heart of any reflexion. Beside we have conducted with success an innovation challenge across our people, initiatives that I leaded as well.


For 9 months - For a global cement industry leader company- Zurich - IT Post merger integration - PMI manager : I was in charge to define, set-up, implement and drive the next 3-years IT transformation plan regarding Infrastructure & application consolidation and rationalization, Organization and Sourcing optimization to achieve expected synergies out of the merger.
My main contributions were to achieve the global reconciliation of the overall new target IT budget per country/region and to build and hold the global projects management portfolio hosting every due IT merger projects worldwide.

For 8 months - For a utilities retailer– Paris – Large Workplace Transformation Program (300 FTE) – Program Director Support : I was asked to support the program director (client side) to reinforce the steering processes and tools to strengthen visibility across the program and the group and to build an achievable global deployment roadmap and refine all stakeholders capacities accordingly.
My main contributions was to thoroughly reset the management process, to reset the planning and to secure a very important milestone of deployment.

For 6 months - For a large electric Industry market – Paris – Large worldwide ERP post merger program set up – Deployment Director support - Post merger ERP landscape rationalization (moving from 100 to 13 ERPs), I was in charge of supporting the deployement director to elaborate the global deployment roadmap , to operate the TCO analyse, to evaluate the deployment cost overall budget and finally to prepare the various executives comitees material.

For 9 months - For a French Water player- Paris – CRM & Billing system implementation–Deployment Lead (7-10 people)
I was In charge of all deployment activities (preparation, execution and change management), beside I organized and conducted the end year seminary for 40 people

For 2 years - For French DSO - Paris – CMMS project targeting to improve maintenance processes for high and low voltage network assets (tools and processes rationalization for all local directions) by bringing more predictability and generating cost reduction – I was in charge of the Accenture team (5 people) acting as program steering, general design stage collaborating with the IT integrator and all the regions in France. Beside we ran the tests phases and the business and operational impacts analysis.
