J'accompagne les entreprises à toutes les étapes de leur transformation depuis la naissance du besoin et la formalisation de la stratégie jusqu'à la mise en oeuvre durable des changements au sein des équipes. J'ai par exemple accompagné le design et la mise en place de nouvelles organisations (transformation office, digital factory, centre d'excellence...), géré un programme d'ecommerce pour livrer des customer journeys.
J'utilise une boite à outils acquises durant mes 18 années d'expérience projet (agile, lean, design thinking...) pour servir le besoin de mes clients et ceux de leur client.
Je suis animée d'un mindset de servant leadership et customer first. J'ai essentiellement travaillé en banque et assurance avec quelques expériences dans des secteurs adjacents.
