• Responsible for the Bulgarian branch and representation of the DMI Group's strategy in Bulgaria. • Management of productivity and profitability of the branch. • Support Project Managers and Work Package Managers. • Consolidation of information and presentation of data and proposals necessary for decision-making. • Responsibility for Projects in terms of structuring, adjustment, planning, cost management and risk / opportunity management. • Structure and provide technical expertise related to project management methods and tools. • Define the bid strategy by providing an understanding of the customer needs. • Accompany the sales team to promote our solutions. • Negotiate the contractual clauses with our customers. • Ensure the transition of the offer, once concluded, to the project teams.

• Provide training and coaching for the project teams. • Implement the project management performance assessment (KPI) • Capitalize on good practices and drive improvements. • Participate in internal reviews and project reporting • Ensure data management • Supervise and plan computer production. • Supervise recruitment. • Participation in drafting responses for tenders.
