Follow up and support on change management Follow up of escalation with our WAN telecom providers Troubleshooting and support of other IT teams Troubleshooting and support of internal customers' requests To participate in WAN projects such as: Infrastructure Modernization Merge, acquisition and divestiture of external companies Participate to Move to Cloud project from a network and security perspective Participate in the analysis and design of new requests coming to the WAN team

• Network LAN/WAN/WLAN installation and troubleshooting

• NAC and Cisco ISE management

• Campus site management

• Level 2 and Level 3 incident mangement support for LAN campus sites

The position is part of, service design, service delivery and service assurance, I was working as onsite Consultant for Nestle France part of Contract of Nestlé Global within during a Year of work closely to the customer we have managed to improve customer infrastructure and improve customer experience by Putting the right cisco standards and identifying the network failures of Nestle. The goal of the project is to transform Nestle Network into a standard and centralized model managed by BT using LAN Connect Global Product. Supports on critical and more complex WAN/LAN/WLAN incidents and problems (esp. in factories), working closely with customer Market IT Ensures that designs, equipment, architecture and configuration are aligned with the customers documented standards. Provides analytical and innovative input to projects and operational support tasks. Provides the technical assessment of new requests coming in from the customer business, working closely with the regional BT Service Integration Manager and central BT Technical Design team. Ensures operational procedures are in place, maintained and followed as appropriate. Inputs to cost/timescale solutions/options and manages expectations as appropriate with the Customer.
