Supporting the BI team to become more mature in agility. Results: improved Scrum events, improvements in the way of working with a focus on on time delivery. This result is achieved by team coaching, individual coaching and improvement workshops. I’ve worked closely together with the Product Owner. I’ve coached other Scrum Masters and collaborated with other Scrum Masters in the Agile community. The team is located in the Netherlands. We work in a hybrid mode.

Accompany the team and the environment to an Agile/Scrum way of working. The focus is on tracking dependencies, improving the communication in the end-to-end flow, supporting product manager and product owners in creating a product vision and roadmap and prioritizing the work in the backlog, coaching the team to a Scrum way of working and adopting an Agile mind set, support the environment in positive communication with the team, coach fellow Scrum Masters, support in Jira setup. Fully remote, distributed teams.
