RJM Concept is a turnkey contract manufacturing enterprise focused on be spoke products; our specialties are the low and medium scale production and high mix production. Engineering, project and quality management are integrated, as for production, it is fully sub-contracted to support our clients in a large range of fields. • Reduce environmental impact RJM Concept is a full service contract manufacturing enterprise with the capability to support a wide range of products (sheet metal, CNC, plastic fabrication or injection molding, electronics…).

• Oversee all aspects of operations in the factory & ensure the factory stays on schedule and keeps commitments with production (quality, cost and delivery)

• Conduct the daily operations of the company, establish and monitor the indicators, complete the operation audit, establish a business operation system and improve the operational efficiency of the business.

• Maintain smooth work flow between departments and resolve any interdepartmental conflicts.

• Keep good relationship and communication with internal and external customers, improve customer's satisfactory.

• Prioritize plant resource allocation (capacity/manpower/space etc.) during shortage

• Manage crisis, escalation issue, bottleneck problems

• Leads and manages direct reports to the top management

• Review with management team on a regular basis to ensure goals are being completed and develop new goals based on needs.

• To assist in daily routine of managing multiple teams (project management, engineering, purchasing)

• Create & manage project budgets to ensure BU achieve a desired annual P&L.

• Coach department team on delivery of results.

• Develop and continuously improve the internal management mechanism; fully responsible for the daily operation of production, quality, and procurement, to ensure the security of supply in confirmation with the company standards

• Implement the Group's CSR policy

In charge of the operation of the factory from development to delivery. Management of the operation teams (design, sample room, supply chain, purchase, QC & project managers & coordination between each department Define and guarantee milestone on project execution. Creation of KPI, monthly follow up and reporting to management Implementation of visual management for development & sample making Define and control purchase expanse for manufacturing + monthly gross profit estimation Development of supplier panel & negotiation of the main project purchase
