"Bsamply" is a B2B Sales Platform that aims to digitize sales processes for all Fashion and Textile professionals. As a UX designer, my goal was to design an easy, usable, and meaningful experience for Brands, Suppliers, and Garment makers to search, purchase and manage their products. ____________________________________________________________ 🔹 My design process: It’s a strength to understand the environment and determine a process that’s best fits my situation, we had a lot of feedback from customers during the development phase, so I took a design thinking approach because it’s an iterative process that helped us to stick to costumers needs. And this was the plan: ⚡️ Gather and evaluate user requirements and feedback in collaboration with the product manager and sales team (participate in meetings with some clients) ⚡️ Developing user stories, journeys using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps ⚡️ Identify and troubleshoot UX problem ⚡️ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the site function and look like ⚡️ Deliver hand-off assets and collaborating with developers____________________________________________________________ 🔹 My process tools: For the execution of this process, I relied on paper sketching, meeting tools, and wireframes/prototype software such as Balsamiq, Sketch, InVision. For presentation needs, I made some reports data visualization diagrams with Adobe illustrator.____________________________________________________________ 🔹 Challenges (I called them benefits 😅 ) : ⚡️ In the early stage I had a challenge justifying my design process to certain stakeholders because UX terms were something new for them, also because it may seem too costly and take too long for them. ⚡️ incorporating proper usability testing during a product design lifecycle.
