Servant leader for several teams within Digital Product and Order Management value stream, (Agile Release Train, Trinity) Key responsibilities:

- Ensure that Agile practices are applied and act as a Servant Leader to motivate and ensure the agile process is followed.

- Facilitate and coach agile practices and foster continuous improvement.

- Promote communication and collaboration during Scrum ceremonies and build consensus for deliverables and achievements.

- Empower Agile teams and facilitate creativity while guarding quality and monitoring iteration progress and striving for successful completion of deliverables.

- Act as the main point of contact for the Product Owner and relevant stakeholders to the team.

- Work with other Scrum Masters to ensure organisational process improvement. - Create monitoring, tracking and communication frameworks.

- Smooth coordination : Support Leads, remove impediments to drive their ideas throughout an Idea lifecycle process from (0-Idea to 5-Financially Effective).

- Report on a monthly basics to IT Management.

Formation en Action → Tadrib Fe3al! is an international cooperation and development project financed by Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia. There are 2 countries participating: Tunisia and Italy. TARGET : Tunisian NEETs. A NEET is young person who is no longer in the education system and who is not working or being trained for work, aged from 15 to 29 years old. MAIN AIM : to contribute to increase NEET's skills, supporting their personal growth, proactivity and social integration. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES : Increase confidence in the future of young NEET involved, stimulating their active involvement in mainstream society, in synergy with relevant grown up around them; To create and promote good practices and mechanisms at local level to help young NEET to have confidence in themselves and be motivated; To know tools to work with young people in NEET situation; Skills development through focused training courses; To reflect around the current challenges related to migration; To promote principles of peer education; To organize events and activities for the local community. OUTPUT: A documentary interviews concerning emigration in Tunisia.
