Yasmine joined our team for an 18-month mission to help accelerate the delivery of data-science-driven products in the real estate domain. As a Data Scientist, Yasmine demonstrated strong commitment in tackling the problems we were facing. She ramped up very quickly and collaborated effectively with her colleagues in the data team. She is consistently proactive in proposing solutions and regularly shares the results of her experiments with the team and the data guild. Although she was not initially comfortable with machine learning model serving, she learned quickly through close collaboration with our Data Engineer. Their interactions were very smooth, enabling her to independently handle certain deployments and updates. She also made valuable contributions by proposing state-of-the-art models to address some of our challenges, and she was able, when necessary, to take on a Data Analyst role. She worked in excellent harmony with her counterpart despite the distance (she was working remotely). Yasmine is always positive and contributes enthusiastically to all topics, whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal. Our interactions have always been very smooth and transparent, and she integrated into the team just as a full-time employee would have.
