Xavier Lavayssière

🇬🇧 Xavier Lavayssière assists central banks, international organizations, and companies in addressing technological, political, and regulatory issues of digital finance.

A graduate in Public Law of the Economy from Paris Panthéon-Assas and in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lyon 1, he has worked and published on crypto-assets, blockchains, payment systems, and financial markets infrastructures. Since 2016, Mr Lavayssière has been developing consulting, professional training, and technical projects.

He has contributed to several reports and research works on related issues, such as Central Bank Digital Currencies Digital, Tokenization of Financial Instruments, and the Regulation of the use of stablecoins in payment. Xavier is also a lecturer at Université Paris Panthéon Sorbonne and the president of the "Les Bricodeurs" association.

🇫🇷 Xavier Lavayssière accompagne les banques centrales, organisations internationales et grands comptes sur les enjeux technologiques, politiques et de régulation de la finance numérique.

Diplômé en Droit Public de l'Économie (Panthéon-Assas) et en Mathématiques et Informatique (Lyon 1), il développe depuis 2016 des activités de conseil, de formation et réalise des projets techniques. M. Lavayssière a contribué à plusieurs rapports et travaux de recherche sur les enjeux stratégiques et juridiques des cryptoactifs, blockchains, infrastructures de paiements et des marchés financiers. Notamment:

- Les monnaies numériques de banques centrales (publié par la chaire blockchain de Polytechnique et le Fond Monétaire International)

- La tokenisation des instruments financiers (publié par le Haut Comité Juridique pour la Place de Paris)

- La régulation de l'usage des stablecoins dans le paiement (publié dans la Revue d'Économie Financière)

Xavier est également président de l'association "Les Bricodeurs" qui rassemble développeurs et entrepreneurs du numérique.
