Supply Risk Management / Supply-Chain continuous improvement / Manage Specific indirect categories.

Work on Value Stream Mapping

Identify BU main supplier risk using corporate Supply Risk base

Monitor safety stocks on critical components identified within risk analysis

Be accountable of specific tasks for Indirect Procurement in EMEA (Sourcing, RFQ, negociation, etc…)

Analyze business main spend areas (including supply flows) and identify cost reduction opportunities

• Prioritization of needs in times of crisis

• Supply organization & optimization

• Management & Distribution of supplier forecasts

• Integration of new flows and management of range evolutions

• Organize supply flows from suppliers to achieve optimum performance

• Analyze and organize the unit's supply processes on the global supply chain

• Contribute to the analysis of incoming flows

• Implement and optimize the Upstream packaging with suppliers

• Follow and optimize the performance of upstream flows for the plant

• Develop suppliers (development tools, materials management skills)

• Be part of a continuous improvement approach

• Be able to redesign the upstream supply chain

• Propose new forms or methods of supply

• Purchasing scope: Raw materials (non-ferrous) & manufactured products ( sheet metals, machining, stamping, cutting, plastic injection).
