My job is to simplify the complexity of IT governance for my clients, be it Operations Management, IT Transition services, Building Roadmaps, Build-to-Run processes, etc. My main quality, being in both Mangement of Governance and Technical teams, is my ability to translate high level requirements from C-level executives (my main client base) into technical concepts for the IT Architects and other technical staff. Having worked in both managed and self-directed capacities, I am autonomous in my way of working. I have experience in on-shore, near-shore, off-shore and follow-the-sun business unit management. My main goal is to deliver whatever is expected of me following the "on-time, on-budget, on-scope" principle. My fees vary depending on the length of the project and may also be discussed as a fixed and variable scheme (based on set and attainable targets). I am fluent in both French and English.
