Finance & Admin manager chez Kadrige, Ouicar et tanker.io, j'accompagne des dirigeants d'entreprises depuis 2007, sur les périmètres suivants :

- Etablissement des budgets & plans de trésorerie, suivi et analyse des écarts, reporting,

- Mise en place & management des process : Clients / Social / Fournisseurs / Trésorerie / Administratif...,

- Recherche de fonds non dilutifs,

- Secrétariat général,

- Relations avec les administrations, comptable, CAC, banques...

J'ai opéré la partie administrative des levées de fonds de chacune de ces entreprises, puis de la cession de Tanker à Doctolib en 2022 et je suis familière avec ce type d'enjeux.

Mon objectif : dégager entièrement les dirigeants de toute la partie administrative, pour leur permettre de se concentrer en confiance sur leur vrai métier.

J'ai moi-même de 2003 à 2007 conduit ma propre entreprise et j'ai une vraie capacité à comprendre les enjeux des dirigeants et à anticiper leurs besoins dans leurs sujets complexes de gouvernance.
