Architecte Solution Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, je conçois des solutions de niveau entreprise, j’assure la gouvernance et je prépare les organisations à une mise en œuvre opérationnelle. Je traduis la stratégie métier en une architecture cohérente — processus, données, sécurité et intégration — garantissant la standardisation entre entités légales et zones géographiques. Je pilote les phases de blueprint, les arbitrages « fit-to-standard » et l’autorité de conception, en appliquant des jalons de qualité via LCS et Azure DevOps. Je sécurise la livraison grâce à une migration de données rigoureuse (DMF), à des cadres réglementaires conformes (facturation électronique FR/UE via Electronic Reporting) et à des schémas d’intégration pérennes (Dataverse, dual-write, Power Platform). Mon objectif : réduire les risques de déploiement tout en maximisant les capacités standard de D365 afin d’améliorer les temps de cycle, la fiabilité du reporting et le contrôle opérationnel.
