I am a senior innovation strategist with 7+ years of experience, including 4 years at ?What If! Innovation (part of Accenture), leading end-to-end innovation programmes for global organisations. I help teams understand what truly drives human behaviour and translate that into products, services and growth opportunities they can act on, test and launch.

Research depth is central to how I work. I design and run mixed-method programmes, combining in-depth interviews, ethnography, diary studies and co-creation with quantitative validation, to surface the insight that shapes strategy. I specialise in designing research environments for sensitive, intimate and emotionally complex subjects. This is the territory where standard approaches do not go far enough, and where the most distinctive and commercially valuable insight tends to live.
