Context : Within a team of IP engineers working in both national and international Service Provider context

Scope : IP MPLS Backbones providing L2/L3 VPNs

Missions :

- Technical validations of new material and software releases (ex: non regression testing)

- Automation of our network test suites using network automation frameworks

- Technical qualification of new protocols or technologies (ex: Streaming Telemetry)

- Help in lab management (dedicated network lab with 30+ physical devices + servers)

- Help in lab management tool development (Python)

- Bring technical support to internal customer (ex: network architects, NOC engineers, project managers)

Technical environement :

- Cisco : ASR9K, ASR1K, C7609, XRv9k, NCS55xx devices running IOS, IOS XE and IOS-XR

- Juniper: MX routers (480,960), QFX and EX switches running JunOS

- Nokia: SR-OS

- Network automation tools and testing framework : RobotFramework, PyTest, Gitlab, NAPALM, Nornir, Cisco NSO, Cisco PyATS

- Traffic Generator : IXIA IxNetwork
