Ce que je fais concrètement
Architecture et développement backend PHP/Symfony (APIs, systèmes scalables, refacto legacy), lead technique et montée en compétence des équipes, et mise en place de pipelines d'automation IA avec n8n, Claude Code et les LLMs — pour réduire les tâches manuelles, accélérer les workflows, et produire plus vite sans sacrifier la qualité.
En parallèle, je construis mes propres produits SaaS. Ça veut dire que j'arrive avec une mentalité de builder : je comprends les contraintes produit, les enjeux de temps-to-market, et je prends des décisions techniques qui servent le business — pas uniquement l'architecture idéale sur papier.
