This is my own company, through which I'm providing Bitcoin, Ethereum and Rust Software Engineering services.

Beat is a ride-hailing company operating (mostly) in LATAM. I'm making Payment and Accounting software reliable at scale, for Beat's drivers and passengers. I build a strong, resilient team by helping engineers to identify their areas of improvement and to work on them, by identifying the best engineers to hire and by aligning the team on common goals. I help my engineers grow, manage their career, understand their performance, get out of their comfort zone and do what's best for the company. I design, redesign, build, improve software with a focus on data consistency and reliability. I own the software I build from documentation, design and planning, to infrastructure, monitoring and observability. I coordinate with business stakeholders as well as other engineering teams from different domains to make sure the software I build is aligned with the company's best interest. I spend time improving our tooling and documentation to improve each and every engineer's capability to build good quality software, fast. I work hand in hand with other technical leaders in the company to define company technical standards and best practices. I reduced our monolith's CI pipeline run-time from ±20 to 3 minutes, saving ±5200 hours per year. I conduct interviews to get the most talented engineers on board. And also, I fix problems efficiently when things go wrong.
