- Use case: end-to-end modernization for a major automotive OEM – 41 PL/I programs (12K business rules) replaced by a single Java/Quarkus microservice.
- Capture-Compare-Remediate validation framework (MCP): 16/16 scenarios validated in 3 days vs. a 4-week target, 512 tests passing, byte-for-byte parity with the legacy system.
- Technical lead for a 10-developer team on a 5M+ line codebase (COBOL to Java + Angular): technical coordination, quality standards definition, code reviews; remediated 300k+ SonarQube findings, cut critical latency from 30s to <1s through SQL optimization (validated for 10,000 concurrent users with JMeter) – resulting in a client contract extension.
- Independently built GenAI productivity tools from recurring needs identified across projects, deployed on AWS Transform: SonarQube fixer (1,500 issues / ∼ 1h), Playwright generator (∼ 500 E2E tests), semantic deduplication pipeline (Titan + Claude Haiku).
