Mes missions couvrent aussi bien de sujets de stratégie d'entreprise, d'accompagnement opérationnel post-fusion/acquisition (PMI), d'excellence opérationnelle, de relation et expérience client (ex-Teleperformance) et de pilotage de projets digitaux complexes (budgets souvent supérieurs au million d'euros +) du CRM à la facturation / comptabilité avec une forte intégration au SI.
Depuis plusieurs années j'ai développé un réel savoir-faire dans le "turnaround" de projets Salesforce dont l'adoption ou la couverture fonctionnelle ne donne pas totale satisfaction et/ou qui ont du mal à trouver leur ROI.
Construction d'équipe interne, sélection et pilotage de prestataires (consultants / intégrateurs), gestion de la relation COMEX/CODIR et des sponsors métiers, animation d'ateliers fonctionnels etc.
J'aborde les projets complexes comme un organisme vivant, un projet entrepreneurial dont la vocation est de permettre à l'entreprise de réaliser sa stratégie. Très "hands-on", je suis aussi à l'aise devant le COMEX qu'au support utilisateur et j'aime parfois mettre moi-même les mains sous le capot en matière de paramétrage pour gagner en célérité.
Régulièrement amené à travailler en anglais, j'ai eu l'occasion de travailler aux US, au UK, au Pays-Bas, en Espagne, en Suisse et au Brésil.
