Context :
With the FAB Big Data team of SNCF, my role was to manage the evolution of the AZURE platform and the maintenance in operational conditions. With a team of 12 people, I kept the product road map up to date for the platform's users, and I communicated with management about Cloud Provider (Microsoft) blocking points as well as successes. I also realize some POC to decide wish automation and deployment solutions are the best for the team.
