Working with the Factory Team as a Scrum Master, a Team manager and also a Project manager for two projects. Working on acculturating and onboarding team members, also on Agile training them. Partnering with the Product Owners to support short and long term release plans while keeping work backlog healthy and prepared for execution. Contributing to product consulting, requirements gathering and management of the throughout project lifecycle. Displaying flair for presenting the solution and demos to the client. Reporting time, effort and status of the team. My tasks are :

• Lead the Scrum Team and oversee Scrum process and coach the teams on how to use Scrum and Agile practices and methodology.

• Lead daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement.

• Partner with the Product Owners to support short and long term release planning, and keep work backlog healthy and prepared for execution.

• Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality goals and deliverables.

• Track project status using appropriate tools.

• Create a team environment that is open and trustworthy, while emphasizing problem solving.

• Communicate effectively within the Scrum team and to business stakeholders, improve transparency.

• Complete any project tasks necessary to remain compliant with quality

Working with the R&D team, especially the IDRA team as a Scrum Master to insure the Agile methodology is well applied. I also worked on acculturating and onboarding team members to fully understand and apply the Scrum methodology. I helped the managers and the PO build roadmaps for future Product Increments based on the team's velocity and the Data I shared with them. My tasks were :

• Relentlessly drive progress, transparency and alignment on a daily basis

• Active part of the IDRA team, inspiring forward movement as an "internal coach"

• Organize and facilitate events and team social gathering

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies

• Coaching the stakeholders, product owner and the team

Working with the OCTAVE team (a non agile team) to implement the Agile Methodology Scrum. I was working with an Agile coach to onboard and acculturate this POC (Proof Of Concept) team by putting back on the agenda all Agile ceremonials, by facilitating communication between team members, by protecting the team from external influence and by creating and maintaining graphs and charts to follow the team's velocity and share it with the managers. The target was to double the velocity of this team without adding any team member, and to clarify the product vision with the PO. I created also a relationship of trust with the multiple stakeholders especially during the Sprint Review sessions where I shared with them, in complete transparency, the Product Increment after each iteration. My tasks were :

• Scrum Master of the OCTAVE team

• Agile Onboarding and Acculturation of the OCTAVE team

• Re-establishment of agile ceremonies

• Helping the team to communicate their progress and performance

• Coaching the stakeholders, product owner and the team
