I have managed 114 million euros of contracts on one of Europe's largest urban rail projects, the Grand Paris Express, and contributed to delivering the Saint-Denis Pleyel station on time for the Paris 2024 Olympics. Today I lead the Porto-Lisbon high-speed rail programme for SYSTRA, and I have also worked on metro programmes in Colombia and Mexico.

I am an international transport infrastructure project and contract manager (rail, metro, high-speed rail and roads). My work covers procurement and tendering, contract and claims management, cost, risk, quality and schedule control, and stakeholder and interface management. I also bring experience interfacing with governments and public authorities on major public programmes such as the Grand Paris Express. I work in four languages: Portuguese, French, English and Spanish.
