Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver alumni engagement, career services, lifelong learning, events, fundraising, and volunteer programmes. Foster a vibrant global community that supports the School's strategic ambitions, strengthens brand advocacy, and creates lasting value for alumni, students, faculty, and corporate partners.

Steering the strategic and operational transformation of a portfolio of digital, arts & creation schools, with topline and bottomline impacts. Organizational restructuring, P&L management, HR management, growth marketing, innovation, development of group synergies, and alignment of business models.

◦ Renewing governance and organizing an 8-people Comex team with a priority in operational excellence and growth
