Sugnik Dutta

I am a finance and data-driven analyst with experience in FP&A and management control across international environments. I have worked on reporting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance tracking, with a strong focus on turning data into clear and actionable insights.

Through my experiences at EuroCTP and Reckitt, I have handled multi-entity data, built financial models and developed reporting tools used by management for decision-making. I am comfortable working with large datasets, structuring analysis and identifying key business drivers.

What I enjoy most is going beyond the numbers to understand performance and help make better decisions. I focus on delivering reliable outputs, clear analysis and work that can actually be used.

My biggest strength is my ability to get the job done. I take ownership of tasks, work efficiently under pressure and ensure that what I deliver is accurate, structured and useful.

I am currently looking for missions in FP&A, controlling or data analysis where I can contribute quickly and bring value.
