• Define and implement a strategy to harmonize the ways of working, processes and tooling used by the 3 main regions (NA, EME, ASIA).

• Find synergies across the regions and build strong communities around IAM, Cyberdefense, Governance, Risk and Compliance and Resilience

• Identify the security gaps across the regions and provide, when feasible, a global solution

• Accelerate the digitization of the TF1 group's activities by integrating cybersecurity from the design of offers/products and services.

• Ensuring the integrity and availability of our content, for the whole group, being able to detect and react as quickly as possible, being able to rebuild our IS in the event of extreme shocks, these are the missions that fall to the cybersecurity team of TF1.

• Report to the COMEX, the audit committee, the auditors, the supervisory authorities.

• Represent the TF1 Group in the Bouygues group's cybersecurity steering bodies, in professional associations (CESIN, Clusif, etc.) or with ANSSI.

• Manage a team of twenty people and an annual budget of 6 million euros.
