Within our "Global Banking & Investor Solutions" Service Unit - GBSU/COO/DIR Since 2021 I'm appointed Global CSR & Green Program manager for GBSU (10k+ Staff WW), with several strategic streams & projects : -Set up from scratch a WW GBSU CSR coordination & scopes (with our IT - CIO,CTO,ARC) along with our Operations and the HR department) -Propose & steer our global OKR approach for 2020/25 with our Exco & CIOs (Co2 reduction, Green Coding & Awareness...) -Manage other project managers to prepare our 20/25 e-Accessibility roadmap (IT digital inclusion) -Create a community of 100+ WW ambassadors with weekly/monthly animations & follow ups in France & our regions -Facilitate the alignment with other CSR program (with the group & our business units) -Foster "green" innovations, awareness actions, push MOOCs and enable a collective sustainable mindset -Synchronize with our HR community the Diversity & Inclusion topics within our group and our SU -Facilitator & speaker in external hackathon (with our partners schools)

Within our "Global Banking & Investor Solutions" Service Unit - GBSU/COO/TPO I manage strategic, digital and innovation projects to ideate, test, try and create with our experts and our dev teams the best marketplace tools for our internal organization use cases to better serve our clients. As a project manager, I use the toolbox from the lean six sigma stat tools, to change management methodology along with acquired soft skill to always negotiate the best hybrid approach to project management with both traditionnal PM tools & major Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe...) Major projects: -Open Operations project management team : WebAPI specialist (focus on business wAPIs usage) -SGMarkets.com internal and external web service creation project & development -Agile Change Management & Organization tools for our 7000+ worldwide development teams -Organizationnal change and enhance internal communications tools -Innovation Core Team : reviewer & adviser to our GBSU Staff innovation proposal (IT & Ops, 10k+ staff WW) These projects are sponsored by our Managing Directors within the Wholesale Banking division and my role is positioned within the Chief Operating Offices (GBSU/COO Transformation & Strategic Project Team)

Within our "Global Banking & Investor Solutions" Service Unit - GBSU/EQD/OTC -Entry point for Front Office new products, -Expert for the service to support application's change management -Process Expert on OTC Equity derivatives -Workflows improvement (process design & knowledge management) -Operational Risk & Performance Monitoring (Client and Regulatory focus) -VBA tools scripting for production team (daily trades monitoring, KPI, reconciliations, automatic emails,APIs REST web services in excel...) -Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
