With over 25 years of leadership in MedTech, I have built a career at the crossroads of 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, and 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. From my first steps in international business development to senior executive positions in listed companies, I have consistently been entrusted with guiding organizations through market entries, product launches, and structural change across the globe.
Throughout this journey, I have had the privilege to work with and lead talented teams across Europe, the US, Latin America, the Middle East & Africa, and Asia — building collective success through trust, diversity, and shared ambition. These experiences have shaped my conviction that people and collaboration are at the heart of any sustainable growth story.

As co-founder of Hyprevention, I supported the company from inception to the launch of an innovative orthopedic implant now commercialized in the US. Later, at Serres Oy, a Finnish leader in medical fluid management, I helped prepare the launch of a new capital equipment technology and restructured operations in the USA, while steering the company and its global distributor network through the Covid-19 pandemic with a first-ever digital marketing strategy.

Today, I combine my executive experience with an advisory practice, supporting 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝘀 in unlocking international growth and investment opportunities. This dual perspective — as an operator and an advisor — allows me to bridge innovation, business execution, and capital.
Alongside my advisory work, I serve as Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France (French Foreign Trade Advisor), helping French companies expand globally.

In 2025, I am co-founding 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗣𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗲𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼, a MedTech pioneer company developing a disruptive endovascular EEG technology.
