- Christian Dior CoutureAssistant Store Manager OperationsNovember 2016 - April 2018 (1 year and 5 months)Chadstone, Victoria, AustraliaI moved to Melbourne to open the first Dior Homme store in Victoria. I set up stock and back offices processes in accordance with Dior guidelines, trained staff, then developed revenue. Setting Dior processes up: I used the skills previously gained as a Stock Controller to organise, plan out and then implement stock and logistics processes. I also adapted Excel KPI tables and planned the organisation of the stock room. Training the sales team: I did sales but was also responsible for training them to the various Dior “savoir-faire”(Esprit Dior, tisser les liens). I set up a training program, wrote a couple of specific training for other selling teams in Victoria (~40 people), and also animated several training sessions in the region. Client development: I did a local brand study, identified levers to improve brand visibility, worked with CRM to launch clienteling campaigns (~200 clients reached per campaign, >20% transformation rate), also worked with PR to reach out to local influencers. We ended up building a client base of over 1000 people.
