Fort de presque 10 ans d'expériences diverses et variées en France comme à l'étranger, je suis natif français, et parle couramment anglais et espagnol.

Après avoir travaillé en tant qu'Area Sales Manager, Key Account Manager et Customer Success Manager, mon but principal est la satisfaction client dans un univers B2B.

Ayant travaillé dans différentes industries comme le hardware, SaaS ou bien encore dans le milieu du vin, j'ai une grande capacité d'adaptation et d'écoute.

1) Augmentation du MRR. Comment?

En offrant le bon produit au bon moment et à la bonne personne.

2) Construire des relations fortes et pérennes avec les clients. Comment?

En les appelant, par mail, travaillant en tant que consultant pour eux.

Communication proactive en connaissance des enjeux de chaque client (Newsletter, Communiqué de presse, Informations du secteur).

J'ai développé une stratégie d'Account Planning permettant une compréhension des différentes problématiques rencontrées par chaque client.

3) Diminution du churn. Comment?

En agissant en tant que point de contact pour eux et solutionner les problèmes qu'ils peuvent rencontrer.

Processus d'onboarding du client clair, précis et efficace pour m'assurer la compréhension globale du produit et de la plateforme pour augmenter son usage.
