Product & Technical Leadership: Led the development of Aircall's new "Workspace" a complete redesign of the platform's UI/UX to provide a more intuitive and scalable experience for users. This involved deep technical challenges, such as migrating to Next.js, improving performance, and leveraging existing Aircall SDKs. Defined the technical strategy for the new architecture, ensuring seamless integration with Aircall’s ecosystem. Worked closely with Product Managers and Designers to align technical feasibility with business goals, making key decisions on user experience and system architecture.

Core Product Contributions:

- Defined the roadmap for the frontend guild and led major technical initiatives.

- Led product initiatives for the Phone team, including Voicemail Drop, MMS, and SMS messaging.

- Rewrote the Chrome Extension (React, TypeScript) and made it cross-browser compatible.

- Developed browser notifications for inbound calls.

- Optimized phone performance by reducing loading times, optimizing bundle size, and implementing lazy loading strategies.

- Built an audio player for voicemail and call recordings.

- Designed and implemented the voicemail transcription feature, converting voicemails into text.

- Integrated Pusher into a shared worker, reducing event costs by 40%.

- Migrated CI/CD pipelines to GitLab, improving deployment efficiency.
