- Work cross-functionally and lead discussions/coordinate execution between the Design, Marketing, Success, and Tech teams

- Specify and prioritize new features, MVP & PRD definition, collaborating with other product lifecycle stakeholders (ops/design/tech) to create user stories

- Create product strategy through Product OKRs, roadmaps, and cross functional collaboration.

- Using design thinking process to structure user research & testing (prototypes, wireframes, workshops, etc.)

- Oversee implementation along different stages along the product lifecycle using Agile concepts (ie. design, develop, test, evaluate)

- Work with 3 squads and a design team to develop product features in sprint and kanban style org, implementing and up keeping team tooling.

- Analyze user needs and pain points through user research projects and recuperating their feedback; Competitor/market research & benchmarking.

- Managing product partnerships with external agencies;

- Assisting in recruitment and screening of Product team members

- Spécifications fonctionnelles et Ui/Ux des tâches et fonctionnalités produit.

- Récupération des retours utilisateurs (test des prototypes/entretien utilisateur).

- Création de process en lien avec la gestion de projet et de l'équipe produit.

- Gérer la communication avec les prestataires produit.

- Communication sur les mises à jour des projets et délégation des taches produit (basé sur le Product Lifecycle) aux différentes équipes.

- Planification & grooming des backlogs pour les équipes design et technique.

- QA et test fonctionnel des versions différentes.
