Accompagner la DRH dans la mise en place du projet en apportant l'expertise métier, écritures des règles paies, test, validation,...

Apporter une expertise paie auprès de la gestionnaire paie ainsi que la DRH

Résoudre les anomalies paie antérieures et mettre en place un plan d'action pour le futur

En 2019 à l'arrivée de la nouvelle direction générale, un plan de transformation ambitieux est engagé. Cela se matérialise par une création d'une direction dédiée à la transformation, au capital humain et de la RSE (DTCH).

Son objectif est de placer le capital humain au cœur de cette transformation en développant les compétences, l’intelligence humaine et collective au service de la performance et de l’excellence adhérents.

En tant que Responsable du pôle paie et adp, ma mission principale a été de sécuriser et d'optimiser la fonction paie et administration du personnel

• Supervision de la paie et de l'administration du personnel

• Gestion des outils SIRH : paramétrage, optimisation

• Contrôle de gestion social

In 2019 with the new Chief Executive Officer, a transformation plan is implemented. Then, there is a creation of a department dedicated to transformation, human capital and CSR (DTCH).

Its objective is to place human capital at the heart of this transformation by developing skills, human and collective intelligence for the performance and excellence.

As payroll manager, my main goal was to optimize and to secure the payroll and staff administration.

• Management and supervision of the payroll and staff administration

• Optimization of staff administration and payroll processes

• Social reporting

• HRIS: configuration of the time management tool, configuration of new payroll rules with the external payroll service provider

Dans un contexte de LBO, mon rôle a été d'harmoniser tous les processus relatifs à la paie et l'administration du personnel des sociétés incluant la partie rémunération et avantages sociaux, puis de travailler sur divers projets dont le SIRH.

In the context of an LBO, my role was to harmonize all the processes related to payroll and staff administration of the companies, including the compensation and benefits, and then to work on various projects including the HRIS.
