Our community spans multiple products, combining NFTs, blockchain, a React Native iOS & Android app, and a marketing website built in HTML. My day-to-day includes:

• Monitoring usage data (app tagging / Hotjar for the website) to identify improvements
• Designing user flows in Figma, prototyping, and testing them (hands-on)

I managed the design team at BNP Paribas Wealth Management, the private banking division. Functioning as an integrated design agency, we handled a wide range of digital projects — from e-banking applications and design systems to sales tools, internal reporting dashboards, personal assistant chatbots, and websites focused on societal impact.

I held a hybrid role across each project, contributing from user research and interviews through to high-fidelity prototyping, including ideation workshop facilitation and user journey creation. A few examples of my typical responsibilities at the time:

• UX and UI audits of existing solutions
• Business analysis and understanding key challenges
• Development of interview guides
• Monitoring of navigation and visual design trends
