✓ Turnover 450 MEUR / Mutli-currencies P&L / Different legal entities ✓ In charge of Regional P&L Travel Retail APAC which includes 5 regions: Greater China, Japan, Korea, South East Asia, and Oceania. ✓ Full P&L Management to reach targets both top line and bottom line ✓ Strong business partnering / right hand of the Managing Director / Business oriented ✓ Direct Management of 4 people (Controlling, Audit, Supply & Planning) ✓ Leading the budget processes and revised phases ✓ Leading the regional pricing strategy ✓ Close follow-up of sell-out performances / improvement on Power BI tool ✓ Improving distribution flows: route to markets, cost efficiency etc. ✓ Supervising supply operations/needs & demand planning ✓ Leading all the reporting and Financial analysis
