    Led interaction & service design on a new government service, taking a service that didn't pass government standards, to pass them and get launched publicly - in collaboration with user researchers, content designers, developers and consultants in health protection. Increased service efficiency, reliability and ease of use by identifying and addressing 20+ strategic cross-channel opportunities across both physical and digital touchpoints for internal & external users.
    Designed & iterated new service flows and features on Figma based on identified mental models, accessibility needs and operational & technical requirements. Enabled effective user testing and stakeholder communication by creating 20+ accurate digital prototypes with Figma and code-based software across sprints. Presented & defended service and interaction design improvements to pass the GDS Service Assessment and get the service launched publicly.
