Over the past decade, I have worked alongside creators from across the planet - entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, activists, artists, students, and everything in between. My expertise is supporting creators, and creative teams, to first create, and then articulate their ideas - the who, what, where, when, why and how. I then equip them with the skills to put that big idea into action - so that the idea not only becomes a part of our shared reality but hopefully changes it for the better.

Design Sprint: Based on the principles of Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Future Thinking, I facilitate design sprints that take entrepreneurs, students and/or project teams from problem identification to market validation. Experience: 6+ years of facilitating design sprints in France, Germany and the UK - 1000+ participants from 60+ countries.
Innovation Program Design: I design and facilitate internal innovation programs for businesses, universities and NGOs that aim to cultivate an innovation culture and game-changing ideas from staff/students. Experience: 5+ years of innovation program design for incubators, NGOs and universities in Canada, France and Colombia.
Training: I provide hands-on capacity building for teams, students and entrepreneurs for transveral skills. Half-day and full-day training sessions on Pitching & Storytelling, Prototyping, Agile Team Management & Emotionally Intelligent Leadership are available. Experience: 8+ years experience in designing and facilitating on-demand training sessions in Canada, Madagascar & France.
Digital Project Management: I have expertise in getting digital projects off the ground quickly. I manage the user testing and market validation phase of product launches for cross-functional teams. Afterwards, I pass on the agile methodology to team leads to ensure continuity. Experience: 8+ years in digital project management in the Tech4Good sector in France, Colombia, Mozambique and Madagascar.
