    To increase the performance and added value; the industry 4.0 in Renault Group is using the new generation of digital solutions by using the data collected continuously from worldwide factories. As a Data Analyst, my main tasks and responsibilities are:
    • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings, targeted understanding, capturing and identifying the complex process requirements and operational objectives of the different Renault plants.
    • With automatism engineers, ensure the availability and the quality of collected data.
    • Identify lever for continuous improvements.
    • Collect, extract data from the Cloud then develop SQL Scripts to clean and restructure the data to be adapted for the analysis of the subject.
    • Analyze the data with statistical methods.
    • Liaise with specialists in the plants during the analysis phase.
    • Design the best solutions to cover the plant requirements: Dynamic Dashboards, automatic Reports or Alerts…
    • Prepare control tower discussions by providing relevant scenario analysis, visualizations and critic, allowing the stakeholder to validate the solution designed.
    • Generalize the solution designed for the common subjects' factories.
    • Capitalize best practices. Example of topics covered:
    • Analysis of process data (Fusing, Winding, Press-fitting) in a reactive way to help factory overcoming a quality crisis. Develop a Spotfire Dashboard ensuring the continuous monitoring of process parameters (estimated saving>500K€).
    • Develop a dynamic Dashboard to monitor the electrical consumption of robots and establish good practices for turning off machines during the off production hours (estimated saving >100K€ per workshop).
