 led a PacBio sequencing pilot experiment for the BINe project, Stanley center.

 generated cell-specific gene markers of a human neuron model based on expression patterns. Validated that the signature is significantly enriched for missence mutations in schizophrenic patients (collaboration with T. Singh, Stanley Center, Broad Institute
