Deuxième Soi*, the upcycling do-it-yourself brand to democratize upcycling in order that people transfrome clothes they don't wear anymore rather than giving, throughing, selling them to buy again ! You don't wear it ? Transform it ! To give a second life to cloth by ourselves with a box with all the necessary to do it : a step-by-step guide, tutorial videos, real size patterns, haberdashery to support women that discover upcycling.

KIABI is the leader of french fashion industry in terms of market share. Working in duo with the Product managers of tee-shirts for Standard and Size+ Solene, stylist and modelist, my daily missions are to manage the operational development of the collection through :

-Leading the relay of Arabic countries franchises needs to Women collection team in order to translate their specific needs regarding culture and seasonality into adapted collection.

-Offer building : competitors visit and benchmark, product characteristics definition and referencing,turnover follow-up of product.

-Product development : Color/fabric/accessories validation, product fitting follow-up, meetings and negociation with suppliers, products samples validation before production. Developing on my own Licensees t-shirt collection with stylist, infographist and suppliers.

-Purchase orders management : orders entering, delivery and custom ranking follow-up, quality problem management. I also manage Licences t-shirts development on my own from graphics brief to price negociation with suppliers and Universal & Disney relationship follow-up.

A project that I lead on my own aside my current job around the idea of circular economy in the fashion market in order to make the 2nd sector most pollutant becoming virtuose. The aim is not add another « responsible » brand in the market which use more respectful fabrics & social respect as well but to make transformation of already existant clothes into new ones and by including clients into the process to make it do it themself. Nowadays, the quantity of clothes already on earth is enormous, why don't we start to give them a second life instead of always create new ones ?
