At ClearCompany, a leading talent management platform, I lead the Candidate Journey team — responsible for the end-to-end management of candidates throughout their hiring lifecycle.

Our scope includes:

Designing and optimizing candidate workflows and stage management

Maintaining and enhancing candidate profiles, data integrity, and scalability

Integrating advanced features such as email notifications, workflow automation, and analytics

Ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless user experience across the platform

As Technical Lead, I:

Define and oversee architecture and technical direction for key candidate management modules

Mentor engineers and conduct code and design reviews

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Data teams to align delivery with business goals

Drive performance, scalability, and maintainability improvements across services.

Worked on Elasticsearch indexing complexities to improve the candidates global search.

I regularly used AI tools to help me work faster and more efficiently, whether for writing code, solving issues, or improving overall quality. This helped me deliver features more quickly while keeping a high standard.

Developed and maintained the company’s sales website, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Contributed to the redesign of the platform and integrated new modules into the existing system.

Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams (business and technical) using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.

Strengthened front-end expertise by working extensively with Vue.js to deliver modern and responsive user interfaces.

Participated in Agile ceremonies and delivered features following SCRUM methodology.
