A titre d’exemple, chez Chassis Brakes Int. (secteur automobile), l'une de mes principales missions consistait en la mise en place du projet de transformation des achats indirects au sein du groupe (France, Espagne, Chine, Brésil, Inde, Turquie,). Pour cela nous avons défini avec la direction du Groupe, les différentes étapes : contrôle du « spend » avec implémentation des outils digitaux (eg Qlink), harmonisation de processus achat, massification et sélection des fournisseurs stratégiques, négociation de contrats cadres en accord avec les clients internes des différents pays, etc.
