I manage and deliver Building Management System (BMS), Smart Building, IoT and Data Center projects from design to commissioning. With a strong technical background and solid project leadership skills, I coordinate multidisciplinary teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure that every system delivered meets performance, reliability and client expectations.
My responsibilities cover the full project lifecycle: functional design, point lists, wiring documentation, network and BMS architecture, site coordination, commissioning, acceptance testing and cost control. I also support clients with technical consulting, system optimization and additional work estimations.
